Clinqk is not legally liable for copyrighted or illegal content uploaded by vendors.

4. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly not allowed on Clinqk:

Copyright Violations

• Use of copyrighted images, videos, logos, or designs without permission
• Uploading brand assets (e.g., packaging, creatives, photos) that you do not own
• Plagiarized service descriptions, copied marketing text, or duplicated listing content

Restricted or Harmful Content

• Pornographic, explicit, or adult materials
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, discriminatory language
• Misleading, false, fraudulent, exaggerated, or deceptive listings
• AI-generated content presented as original professional work without disclosure
• Content promoting illegal activities or violating national/international law

Violation of these rules may lead to listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Vendors must ensure that:

• All examples of work represent real capabilities
• Stock images or AI-generated visuals are labeled clearly
• Service descriptions reflect the actual services offered
• Pricing, deliverables, and turnaround times are not misleading

False or misrepresented content can result in penalties or termination.

9. Third-Party Content & External Links

Any third-party material included in user listings must be legally licensed.
Clinqk is not responsible for copyrighted content linked externally or hosted outside our platform.
